From fabric to LBD in 10mins

My younger sister had was going to a party and only told me ten minutes before she was to leave that she needed a dress. I took some black scrap satin and did shirring at the top. Literally took me ten minutes to make. Here's the result:

we had two choices, to use a silver sequined belt or a red. The red looked much better for the occassion as she needed a hat too..
